Brockton MA – Casey Brothers Trust acquired 1123 Pearl St. in Brockton from Masco Building Products Corp. for $4.1 million, or approximately $42 per square foot. The 98,000-square-foot industrial building was built in 1968 on a 15.52 acres site, and is in the Route 24 Industrial submarket. Mark Stevens of The Stevens Group and Timothy McDonough of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens represented the seller Masco in the transaction.
