Boston, MA– Debra Stevens, CCIM, Principal of the Stevens Group, along with Amanda Snell of the Stevens Group, represented 10 clients that experienced continued growth and expansion during the Fourth Quarter of 2014 alone. The combined square footage of these transaction that occurred in the later part of 2014 is equal to 76,726 SF.
Dentovations, Roycroft Design, Resources Management and IdentoGO relocated, extended or are new Tenants in Boston, while DiMagi expanded and extended, and Akuna Capital is a new Tenant to Cambridge, MA. A little further out into the suburbs, TraceLink is relocating to North Reading, with CPower heading to Wakefield, MA, and two large corporate clients choose locations in the MetroWest.
Each of these companies are experiencing continued growth and advancement into 2015, while enjoying their new locations and larger workspaces. These entities come from all different sectors of business: Energy, Medical Technology, Financial Services, Security, Marketing, and Software & Communication Technology.
