With 40 new commercial real estate leases secured for corporate clients in 2017, The Stevens Group counted up 277,867 in square footage for tenants across the Boston area and internationally.
Representing the sole interests of their expanding corporate clients, The Stevens Group helped locate and negotiate leases on behalf of their clients for office space, research labs, medical clinics and manufacturing facilities.

In addition, the investment world has contributed to many start-ups and new acquisitions. The commercial real estate firm highlighted three of their major deals in 2017: Massachusetts-based Tracelink’s new International Headquarters; doubling the size of the World Headquarters for Aras Corp in Andover, Mass.; and five new clinic locations around Boston for the expansion of ProEx Physical Therapy.
Big International Expansion for Massachusetts-Based TraceLink
Collaborating with The Levy Group in London, The Stevens Group secured new European headquarters for prescription-tracking company TraceLink.
The larger, newly renovated office space in Uxbridge, UK enabled TraceLink to create roles for 120 new employees in Europe across sales, services, marketing and administration. The life sciences technology firm, with headquarters in Massachusetts, is the largest tracking and tracing network in the life sciences supply chain and eliminates counterfeit prescription drugs from the global marketplace.

Aras Corp doubles headquarters
With the help of The Stevens Group, Aras Corp is doubling the square footage of its corporate headquarters. Aras Crop was able to move down the street within the Andover Landing at Brickstone Square office park, all while expanding to 64,298 SF. Moving in the spring of 2018, the larger real estate footprint will allow Aras Corp to add more engineers and continue growing its international customer base. In addition with our Detroit, Mich. affiliate the group is facilitating growth in the Midwest.
ProEx Physical Therapy gets five new clinics

Amanda Stevens Snell, principal at The Stevens Group, represented and negotiated leases for five clinics with Pro-Ex Physical Therapy. Snell helped the growing physical therapy company analyze and select multiple new locations in the Greater Boston area.
