Amanda Snell, CCIM

President

Amanda Stevens Snell, CCIM is the President of The Stevens Group, joining the firm in 2013. Amanda specializes in exclusively representing corporate clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Working with companies of all sizes, Amanda focuses on providing advisory services in the Downtown Boston, Cambridge and Suburban markets.

Amanda was awarded the CCIM designation in 2018 from the CCIM Institute, upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. In addition, Amanda has studied at The Boston University Commercial Real Estate Program, and serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Chapter of CCIM.

  • Represented Azzur Cleanrooms on Demand in multible lease transaction totaling 175,000 sf of lab and office space in the Greater Boston area.
  • Represented Spectra Medical Devices, Inc. in a lease transaction for 40,000 sf of office and R&D space in Wilmington, MA.

  • Represented TraceLink in a lease transaction for 70,000sf of office space in Wilmington, MA

Debra Stevens

Principal

Debra Lee Stevens, is a Partner and Principal of The Stevens Group, and has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years, servicing both the private and public sectors. During that time she has been involved in hundreds of corporate site searches, lease negotiations, building sales and valuations, taking the attitude that real estate decisions can “make or break” a company.

Ms. Stevens’ expertise in Office, Biotech and R&D properties in the greater Boston and Suburban markets has enabled her to complete transactions averaging $30 million per year. Past client transactions have included, among others: TraceLink, Spectra Medical, Artisan Healthcare, Miraki, Aras Corp., Toole Design, Boston Landmarks Orchestra, Seurat Technologies, Fosun, DiMagi, LabThink, Informa and Evaluate Pharma.

Ms. Stevens has been active with the New England Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as the institute nationally for the last 18 years.

  • Represented a private family trust in a disposition of a 36,000 sf site complicated by a long-term land lease with the City of Boston.
  • Represented 73 Tremont Street Realty LLC (Buyer) in the purchase of 73 Tremont Street in Boston, a historic 304,000 SF first-class office building.
  • Represented TraceLink in a 70,000 SF lease expansion in Wilmington, MA.
  • Represented a Fortune 100  Company in 20 separate transactions in 2012 – 2020.

Mark Stevens

Principal

Mark A. Stevens is a Partner and Principal of  The Stevens Group.  A forty year veteran of the real estate industry, Mr. Stevens specializes in representing corporate users in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of office, research and development, manufacturing and industrial facilities.  During his career, he has worked with and represented numerous local and national companies including LeMaitre Vascular, Boston Beer, Masco Corp, Tyco, TEVA Pharmaceuticals, SimplexGrinnell and Del Monte Foods.  He has also assisted the General Services Administration (GSA) in the procurement of facilities for various governmental agencies.

Mr. Stevens has held leadership positions in several organizations and has served as President of the New England Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), President of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association of Boston) and Vice Chairman of ITRA Global.  In addition, he has qualified as an expert witness, providing testimony on the impact of environmental contamination on property values, and has testified on behalf of clients in rent arbitration proceedings.
