Tyngsboro, MA – Barr Associates has renewed their lease at 300 Potash Hill Road, Tyngsboro, MA. The 47,780 sq. ft. lease was extended for an additional 7 year term.
Barr has occupied the single-level office/flex building since 1999. In addition to this location, Barr also owns and occupies two other buildings in Westford, MA totaling 75,000 sq. ft.
