May 9, 2024 – The Stevens Group was selected to advise Complete Genomics in their pursuit of lab and office space for their first East Coast location in the Greater Boston area.
After consideration of multiple properties and locations, Complete Genomics leased 9,172 square feet of space at 175 Crossing Boulevard in Framingham. This Class A lab and office building was appealing for its existing lab infrastructure, onsite amenities, and easy highway access.
Complete Genomics will open a Customer Experience Lab here for their gene sequencing equipment.
