May 2025 – The Stevens Group was selected to advise Amplitude Vascular Systems in its relocation from its initial smaller space in the Seaport district of Boston, into a larger, state-of-the-art facility designed to support the company’s next phase of operations and growth.
After evaluating its real estate needs and options in the Greater Boston market, Amplitude Vascular Systems leased 37,811 square feet of space at 180 Third Avenue Waltham, Massachusetts. The new facility supports the company’s lab, light manufacturing, R&D, and office operations, providing the flexibility and infrastructure needed for continued expansion.
The relocation reflects Amplitude Vascular Systems’ continued growth as an innovative medical device company and its need for a facility that could better accommodate its expanding operational, research and development, and manufacturing requirements.
