Boston MA – The Stevens Group represented Kelly Services in the leasing of 11,700 sq. ft. of office space in two lnew ocations.They signed a five year lease for 6,700 sq. ft. in Boston at 10 Post Office Square, and 5,000 sq. ft. at One New England Executive Park in Burlington, MA. Both of these moves were relocations and expansions for Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 firm, known for its quality processes, management practices, supplier diversity, and community involvement. The staffing firm will be relocating its Financial Services Group, Engineering, IT and Contract Services groups along with the Healthcare, Life Science and the Biotech groups.
Monica Cost of Cushman Wakefield assisted in the Boston move to Broadway Partner’s premier Post Office Square property, and John Carroll III of Meredith & Grew assisted in the Burlington relocation and expansion at Route 128’s foremost New England Executive Park owned by Equity Office Properties.
