ITRA holds unique appeal for corporate clients as its partner firms do not represent the professional landlord. ITRA offers traditional services to users of commercial real estate such as leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, supplemented by special assistance in state and local incentives, lease auditing, lease management, local analysis, project management, strategic planning, space planning and more.
