Boston, MA – Debra Stevens, CCIM and principal of The Stevens Group, recently sold the leasehold rights to a 36,000 sq. ft. industrial building located at 7 Tide Street in the Marine Industrial Park, Boston, MA.The property consists of 18,000 sq. ft. of industrial/service space on the first floor, and 18,000 sq. ft. of office/flex space on the second floor. The building sits on 1.30 acres of land under a long term ground lease with the EDIC and The City of Boston. The property has been occupied by the owner, ThermoKing, after they were relocated from their previous location to make room for the Boston Convention Center.
The building attracted a great deal of attention as a free standing industrial building with ample loading and the ease of access to the park as a result of the completion of the Ted Williams Tunnel and the Big Dig.
