Charlestown, MA – Debra Stevens, CCIM and principal of The Stevens Group, represented IntraLink in the leasing of 20,000 S.F. of office space at The Schrafft Center located on 529 Main Street, Charlestown. IntraLink is a leading provider of online workspace for secure document exchange for numerous businesses around the world. Their main headquarters are in New York and they plan to bring more people to the Boston area.
The Schrafft Center is a 650,000 S.F. building owned by the Flatley Company. The building features high ceilings, easy access to I-93, is near the Orange Line MBTA service, has good parking and many other amenities. William Bush represented the Flatley Company.
