WALTHAM, MA – Artisan Healthcare Consulting is expanding and relocating to Boston Properties’ new acquisition, Bay Colony, on Route 128 in Waltham, MA.The company signed a new lease at 950 Winter Street increasing their space to 10,000 sf with offices fronting on the spectacular Cambridge Reservoir. Artisan Healthcare Consulting was represented by Deb Stevens, CCIM principal of The Stevens Group/ITRA Global, a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, and Boston Properties was represented by Jason Fivek and Matt Murray of Boston Properties.
Artisan is relocating from 20 Mall Road in Burlington to Waltham and the CEO Bob Delise said, “I was delighted to stay within the Boston Properties portfolio. The Artisan team and our clients are going to enjoy the expanded meeting facilities, new improvements and collaborative workplaces planned for the park.
