Boston MA – Congratulations to our clients on their new locations, expansions and lease extensions. These lease transactions totaling over 140,000 sf, secures space for our clients over the next seven to ten years.

In the suburbs Artisan Healthcare, MediaMate and TraceLink’s expansions occurred as we start to see the lease rates increasing and vacancies decreasing out in the Route 128 areas. In the Route 495 markets we had one Fortune 100 client who renewed five of their leases to capture the favorable market rate. Closer to the city, we assisted Harvard University, Forced Exposure, Kelly Services, adi Print, Silverman & Trykowski, and Xcentium ~ all securing new leases in the third quarter showing the vibrancy of the market and concern for rising lease rates. These were all new leases and relocations to different markets, plus flights to quality.
